Individual Therapy
Individual therapy helps to address your questions whilst promoting your self-healing potential in an environment that is safe, supportive and confidential.
There are no wrong questions to come to therapy with. Any feelings or issues that sit uncomfortably with you are a valid starting point - even if you can’t quite put your finger on what these feelings or questions might be.
I am guided by your questions and the kind of support you are looking for, while also weaving together reflections on past experiences with a focus on future possibilities. Along the way, I help you identify both challenges and strengths. My approach integrates research and perspectives that recognise the connection of body, soul, and spirit as the foundation of mental health and wellness.
Whilst bringing my expertise and experience, I also aim to engender sensitive co-constructed collaboration. This enables us to consider the multitude of differences and similarities impacting on our encounter. I take an active part in being responsive in offering tools, ideas and resources that can help you.
I offer both long and short term work which will be regularly reviewed throughout.
