A professional counselling service for people in Stourbridge and the West Midlands.

Do you need help to understand a relationship? Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression? Maybe you have suffered a bereavement? Could it be you are just not living life as fully as you would like?

I run a counselling service in Stourbridge for individuals and couples, for help with emotional and mental challenges of life. You may have feelings of anxiety, depression, feel confused about your next steps, or maybe just a vague a feeling that something isn't right. Maybe there has been an event that has left you in despair or angry? These are some of the reasons why someone will come for counselling.

Counselling is recognised as an effective method of dealing with the emotional and mental strains of life. I aim to provide a confidential and supportive environment that welcomes the unknown and supports the often confusing questions that takes place during times of difficulty. I offer a space to reflect on your life as it is currently, as it has been in the past, and to consider any future steps that may be needed.

I work in a way that combines healing and self development. Central to my work is understanding the person holistically, as body, soul and spirit, with an intrinsic connection to the world and the universal/personal challenges of the time we live in.

I offer a free initial phone conversation for you to see if the counselling I offer can be of help to you.
